iOSDev.pro services are provided by NEBITECH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and US subsidiary of NEBITECH, with its mailing address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For notices, questions, and support, contact support@iosdev.pro.
These terms apply when a client buys or uses NEBITECH LLC's PR Review, Code Rescue, optional continuation work, or related iOS software development support services. PR Review and Code Rescue are delivered through week-long paid sprints unless a quote, invoice, written statement of work, or other written agreement states otherwise. A quote, selected sprint scope, continuation scope, invoice, written statement of work, or other written agreement may add project-specific details. If there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement controls for that project.
The services are offered only to business entities and to individuals acting as authorized representatives of a business entity. Consumers and individuals acting for personal, household, hobby, or non-business purposes may not buy or use the services. By requesting, purchasing, or using the services, the client confirms and guarantees that it is a business entity or that it represents a business entity, and that it has authority to bind that business entity and give NEBITECH LLC access to the relevant repository, codebase, accounts, and project information.
NEBITECH LLC provides senior iOS review, diagnosis, stabilization, and implementation support within the paid PR Review sprint, Code Rescue sprint, or agreed continuation scope. PR Review may cover pull requests, spec drafts, spec-driven code, or code without a spec before changes merge. Code Rescue is for stuck Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Objective-C, AI-generated, legacy, inherited, freelancer-built, or rushed internal iOS apps that need diagnosis and stabilization. Services are delivered mostly asynchronously through GitHub and are limited to assigned GitHub issues, pull requests, and the surrounding code reasonably needed to understand and address them during the paid sprint or agreed continuation term. Deliverables may include GitHub issue comments, pull request comments, commits, pull requests, written notes, and a written review, diagnosis, rescue plan, or handover note in the client's GitHub repository.
The client starts on the main landing page and may click Learn more to open the separate questionnaire page. Based on those answers, iOSDev.pro shows one landing page: PR Review, Code Rescue, or the generic fallback inquiry page. PR Review and Code Rescue CTAs lead to the final contact form, which asks for GitHub repository address and contact email. The generic fallback inquiry path asks for an optional message and then shows a thank-you page. If a PR Review or Code Rescue inquiry looks like a possible fit, NEBITECH LLC may respond with a Calendly link for an intro call. After the intro call, if everything looks good, NEBITECH LLC may send an invoice. Delivery after payment is primarily asynchronous through GitHub issues, pull requests, commits, and written notes during the paid sprint or agreed continuation term. Occasional or weekly sync calls may be used when NEBITECH LLC and the client agree they are useful for the paid sprint or continuation work. Unless separately agreed in writing, the services do not include daily standups, real-time pairing, meeting-heavy project management, on-call availability, or emergency response.
The services do not include free audits, generic iOS development outside the agreed scope, standalone CI/CD setup, broad refactoring as a standalone first step before qualification and agreement on scope, product management, design, backend operations, App Store submission management, physical device testing, on-call support, emergency availability, maintenance after the paid sprint or agreed continuation term, or responsibility for the client's entire application. Broader refactoring may be included in agreed continuation work when it supports future-proofing, faster iteration, maintainability, or feature scalability.
PR Review, Code Rescue, and any continuation work are paid services unless separately stated otherwise. PR Review and Code Rescue are normally delivered as week-long paid sprints. Payment is due upfront before paid work starts. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. NEBITECH LLC does not offer free audits. A questionnaire result, final contact form submission, prefilled inquiry email, Calendly intro call, or invoice does not automatically guarantee that NEBITECH LLC will accept the work. NEBITECH LLC reviews the inquiry before sending a Calendly link, reviews fit during the intro call, and reviews available capacity before sending or confirming an invoice. The client must provide the GitHub repository address in the final contact form so NEBITECH LLC can reconcile payment with the later GitHub repository invitation. After payment, new paid work is subject to onboarding project review after @iOSDev-pro has been invited to the repository address provided in the inquiry and @iOSDev-pro has been assigned to at least one GitHub issue in that repository when issue assignment is relevant to the work. The post-payment onboarding project review concerns repository access, issue fit, repository matching, and whether NEBITECH LLC can reasonably help with the project; it is not a post-payment capacity review. The active prices and scope details are shown in the selected service, invoice, or written agreement. Optional continuation work is available only when both sides agree, may be priced weekly, and is not automatic, guaranteed, or always available.
Paid sprint and continuation fees are non-refundable once substantive work has started, including repo review, issue comments, pull request comments, commits, pull requests, written findings, review notes, a rescue plan, or other project-specific delivery. If payment is complete but the client has not invited @iOSDev-pro to the GitHub repository address provided in the inquiry and assigned @iOSDev-pro to at least one GitHub issue in that repository within 48 hours after purchase when issue assignment is relevant to the work, NEBITECH LLC may cancel the paid sprint or continuation term and fully refund the prepaid current term. NEBITECH LLC is not required to request missing setup steps, seek repository access, or ask for issue assignment before canceling. NEBITECH LLC may decline or cancel newly purchased work during onboarding project review, before substantive work starts, if NEBITECH LLC does not see a practical way to help with the assigned issue, cannot match the repository invitation to the GitHub repository address provided in the inquiry, cannot reasonably work with the repository or project materials provided, or determines for another project-specific reason that it cannot help with the project. The onboarding project review window starts when payment is complete, @iOSDev-pro has been invited to the GitHub repository address provided in the inquiry, and @iOSDev-pro has been assigned to at least one GitHub issue in that repository when issue assignment is relevant to the work, using whichever event happens last. This post-payment review is not used to decline because of general available capacity, which NEBITECH LLC reviews before sending or confirming an invoice. If NEBITECH LLC declines the paid work during onboarding project review, NEBITECH LLC will usually notify the client within a few hours during US business hours Monday-Friday and will notify the client no later than 48 hours after the onboarding project review window starts, cancel the paid work, and fully refund the prepaid current term. If NEBITECH LLC does not decline the paid work within that onboarding project review window and substantive work starts, NEBITECH LLC will serve at least the current paid term subject to these terms. When the paid term ends, NEBITECH LLC will stop work, remove @iOSDev-pro from repository access, and delete local working copies and client-provided project materials from active systems where reasonably practical, except for records NEBITECH LLC must retain for legal, tax, accounting, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. If the client restarts service later, the client must submit a new inquiry and invite @iOSDev-pro to the relevant GitHub repository again after payment.
The client must provide accurate project information in questionnaire answers, final contact form submissions, inquiry email, intro call, and any later written project materials, including GitHub repository address, contact email, working GitHub repository access after payment, build instructions, credentials or test accounts when needed, relevant GitHub issue descriptions, assignment of the relevant issue or issues to @iOSDev-pro when issue assignment is relevant to the work, and permission for NEBITECH LLC to inspect and modify the software within the agreed scope. After payment, the client should invite @iOSDev-pro as a collaborator to the GitHub repository address provided in the inquiry so NEBITECH LLC can match the payment with the GitHub collaboration invitation. The client should keep project context, questions, recordings, attachments, and issue-specific instructions inside the relevant GitHub issue whenever practical. NEBITECH LLC works on its own equipment and covers its own tools and operating costs.
The client should provide only the access needed for the agreed work and should avoid sharing production secrets unless they are necessary. NEBITECH LLC may ask the client to rotate, revoke, or replace credentials after the work is complete. The client remains responsible for managing access permissions, account security, backups, and production systems.
Delivery times, PR Review feedback timing, sprint outcomes, sync call availability, and estimates depend on the complexity of the codebase, the issue, third-party dependencies, and the information provided by the client. NEBITECH LLC may share findings, diagnosis notes, planned work direction, and practical estimates in GitHub issue comments, written notes, or agreed sync calls, but timelines, estimates, blocker counts, sync call schedules, review timing, and rescue plans are not guarantees and do not create a fixed deadline unless NEBITECH LLC expressly agrees to a fixed deadline in writing. The services do not include on-call support, emergency availability, guaranteed response times, or follow-up support after the paid sprint or agreed continuation term ends.
NEBITECH LLC will treat the client's source code, product details, business information, credentials, unreleased app material, and other non-public project information as confidential. NEBITECH LLC will use confidential information only to provide the services, unless disclosure is required by law or the information becomes public without NEBITECH LLC's breach of these terms.
NEBITECH LLC may use commercially available third-party software, developer tools, code analysis tools, hosting tools, and AI coding tools at its discretion. Where practical, NEBITECH LLC uses paid commercial tools that state they do not train on submitted code. NEBITECH LLC does not control third-party tool providers and does not give separate guarantees about their internal systems, policies, security, or availability.
After NEBITECH LLC has received full payment for the applicable paid sprint or agreed continuation term, the client owns the code changes, commits, pull requests, issue comments, review notes, rescue plan, handover notes, and project-specific written deliverables created for that client during that term. NEBITECH LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, know-how, general skills, and non-client-specific materials.
NEBITECH LLC will provide the services with reasonable professional care and skill. NEBITECH LLC does not guarantee that every codebase can be rescued, that every bug or review concern will be found or fixed, that every blocker can be completed within a paid sprint or agreed continuation term, that the app will be error-free, that future AI-generated or human changes will be reliable, or that the app will receive App Store approval, revenue, funding, user growth, or product-market fit.
NEBITECH LLC is not responsible for Apple review decisions, App Store policy changes, third-party SDKs, APIs, backend outages, hosting providers, payment providers, analytics tools, AI tools, dependency changes, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEBITECH LLC's total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific paid sprint, continuation term, or project that gave rise to the claim. NEBITECH LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
NEBITECH LLC does not provide broad indemnity, professional liability insurance, or technology errors and omissions insurance unless separately agreed in writing. Any indemnity or insurance terms must be expressly agreed in a separate written agreement and may be subject to scope limits, pricing, legal review, and active policy availability.
The services are B2B services and are not offered to consumers. If a person requests, purchases, or uses the services on behalf of a company, startup, sole proprietorship, partnership, or other business, that person represents that they have authority to act for that business. NEBITECH LLC may refuse, suspend, or cancel service if it reasonably believes the client is a consumer or lacks authority to represent the stated business.
These terms and the services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The client and NEBITECH LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, for disputes related to these terms or the services, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
NEBITECH LLC may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to a paid sprint or agreed continuation term is the version in effect when that term starts, unless the client and NEBITECH LLC agree otherwise in writing.
