This Privacy Policy applies to iOSDev.pro services provided by NEBITECH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and US subsidiary of NEBITECH.

This Privacy Policy explains how NEBITECH LLC collects, uses, shares, and retains information when a business client or its authorized representative visits iOSDev.pro, purchases a subscription, contacts support, invites @iOSDev-pro to a GitHub repository, assigns GitHub issues, or otherwise uses the services. The services are B2B services and are not intended for consumers or personal, household, hobby, or non-business use.
NEBITECH LLC may collect business contact information, subscription request and payment information, GitHub repository links, GitHub usernames, repository access details, assigned GitHub issue content, pull request content, source code and related project files, build instructions, logs, screenshots, reproduction steps, linked audio or video recordings, support messages, and other project information the client chooses to provide. Payment details are processed by third-party payment providers, and NEBITECH LLC does not intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers.
NEBITECH LLC uses information to provide, review, diagnose, support, secure, administer, and improve the services; match paid subscriptions with GitHub repository invitations; perform onboarding capacity review; communicate through GitHub issues, pull requests, commits, support email, and written notes; process subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds; protect source code and project materials; enforce terms; maintain business records; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.
The client controls repository access and should provide only the access needed for the agreed work. NEBITECH LLC uses repository access, source code, issues, pull requests, logs, recordings, and related materials only to provide the services, unless disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights, security, or legal interests. The client remains responsible for access permissions, production secrets, backups, account security, and production systems.
NEBITECH LLC may use third-party services to operate the business and provide the services, including GitHub, payment providers and their payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, analytics or security tools, developer tools, code analysis tools, and AI coding tools. Where practical, NEBITECH LLC uses paid commercial tools that state they do not train on submitted code, but NEBITECH LLC does not control third-party providers and does not guarantee their internal systems, policies, security, availability, or data practices.
iOSDev.pro may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the website, checkout, security, and service administration. If NEBITECH LLC uses analytics, performance, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies, those tools may collect usage information such as device, browser, referring page, page views, and interaction data. Cookie and tracking behavior may also be controlled by third-party checkout, hosting, analytics, or embedded services.
NEBITECH LLC may share information with service providers, contractors, professional advisors, payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, legal or government authorities when required, and other parties when necessary to provide the services, protect rights or security, comply with law, process transactions, resolve disputes, or transfer business assets. NEBITECH LLC does not sell client source code or project materials.
NEBITECH LLC treats client source code, product details, business information, credentials, unreleased app material, and other non-public project information as confidential. NEBITECH LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate for a small software development service, but no system, repository, network, tool, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
NEBITECH LLC keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the services, operate the business, comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, backup, and dispute-resolution obligations, and enforce agreements. When a paid term ends, NEBITECH LLC will remove @iOSDev-pro from repository access and delete local working copies and client-provided project materials from active systems where reasonably practical, except for records NEBITECH LLC must retain for legal, tax, accounting, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
The client should avoid sharing production secrets, unnecessary personal data, consumer data, protected health information, payment card data, sensitive authentication credentials, or other regulated information unless it is necessary for the agreed work and appropriate safeguards are in place. The client is responsible for ensuring it has the right to provide repository access, source code, issue content, recordings, logs, screenshots, and other project materials to NEBITECH LLC.
NEBITECH LLC is organized in the United States and may process information in the United States or other countries where NEBITECH LLC, its service providers, tools, or infrastructure operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from the client's location.
Authorized business representatives may contact support@iosdev.pro to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance related to information NEBITECH LLC controls. NEBITECH LLC may need to verify authority, preserve records required for legal, tax, accounting, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes, and decline requests that conflict with legal obligations, security needs, or contractual rights.
NEBITECH LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version that applies to a subscription term is the version in effect when that term starts, unless the client and NEBITECH LLC agree otherwise in writing.
